• See Order Forms Section in front of book and the Order Forms at the back of this section

•      Kirsch© Order Form should be used for Kirsch© products.

•      Use MYL Hardware Order Form for Gould© products.

•      Call to order Somfy© products.

• Unit specified on the Hardware Order must correspond to the units listed in the Kirsch©, Gould© , and  Somfy©  Price Books.

• It is acceptable to order Hardware along with your Window Treatment Order by attaching the Hardware Order to the main treatment Order.

•      Listing hardware on the same Order as the Window Treatment is also acceptable and will be assumed a Hardware Order if items are listed.

• Custom Made Hardware is available – please order the Custom Hardware directly from the Hardware Department so that we can get the item(s) ordered as soon as possible.

• To assure next day delivery, the Order must be placed by noon on the previous day.   

•      Orders placed after 3:00 pm the day before delivery may receive a 25% Priority Charge.

• Cases, bulk and broken package quantities may be ordered and will be invoiced at the wholesale price per the Kirsch©, Gould© , and  Somfy©  Price Books.

• Volume discounts are available on Kirsch© Hardware Only

•      Kirsch© Hardware Orders over $500.00 will receive a 5% discount if paid within terms.

•      Kirsch© Hardware Orders over $1000.00 will receive a 10% discount if paid within terms.

• Kirsch© Custom Hardware:            *  Delivery times are per Kirsch©

•      Studio Coordinates            2-3  weeks
•      Buckingham Collections            2-3  weeks    
•      Custom Bent – Curved or Straight            2-3  weeks
•      Non Custom Stock Items – as long as in stock         1  day

• Call for delivery times when ordering Gould© and Somfy© Products.    

• Call for Authorization – 215-723-8177 – Ext.  #227 - Hardware Dept.

•      Must be in original package with all parts
•      Must have been purchased from MYL within the last 6 months
•      A restocking fee of 25% will be charged
•      Confirmation of Return Authorization will be faxed to you
•      A copy of the confirmation should be attached to hardware when returned.

• NOTE:  Custom Kirsch©  Hardware is not returnable
• NOTE:  Special Order Kirsch© Hardware is not returnable
• NOTE:  Gould© and Somfy© are Custom Special Order Products are not returnable.
